AgentChatBridge 是独立开发的 macOS 本机协议兼容工具，不是 OpenAI 官方产品，也不受 OpenAI 支持或认可。其依赖的第三方登录、内部协议、模型和服务可用性可能变化。
AgentChatBridge is an independently developed local protocol compatibility tool for macOS. It is not an OpenAI product and is not supported or endorsed by OpenAI. Third-party login, internal protocols, models, and service availability may change.
2. 试用 / Trial
未激活用户可在本机试用至累计 2000 万估算 token。该估算不等同于第三方计费口径，也不会显示实时进度。普通卸载、删除应用、升级或重装不会重新发放试用；不得规避试用与授权控制。
An unactivated user may try the app until an estimated cumulative 20 million tokens. This estimate is not a third-party billing measure and no live counter is displayed. Ordinary uninstall, deletion, upgrade, or reinstall does not grant a new trial. Trial and licensing controls must not be bypassed.
3. 购买与许可 / Purchase and license
国际标价为一次性 US$2.99，中国大陆标价为一次性 ¥19.99；最终币种、税费和可用付款方式以 Paddle 结账页为准。购买授予同一购买者个人、非转让、非转售的 AgentChatBridge 1.x 永久使用许可及 1.x 更新。
The listed one-time price is US$2.99 internationally and ¥19.99 in Mainland China. Final currency, tax, and payment methods are shown by Paddle Checkout. A purchase grants the same buyer a personal, non-transferable, non-resalable perpetual license to AgentChatBridge 1.x and its 1.x updates.
Paddle 是 Merchant of Record、授权转售方和结账卖方，负责付款、税务、收据和法定购买条款；AgentChatBridge 运营方提供软件许可、交付和支持。付款账单可能显示 Paddle 及现有商户账户级描述符。
Paddle is the Merchant of Record, authorized reseller, and checkout seller responsible for payment, tax, receipts, and statutory purchase terms. The AgentChatBridge operator supplies the software license, fulfillment, and support. Payment statements may show Paddle and the existing merchant account-level descriptor.
4. 设备、核验与离线宽限 / Devices, checks, and offline grace
一个许可支持最近激活的 3 台个人设备。激活更多设备时，新设备正常激活并自动停用最早记录；用户也可在账户中心移除设备。应用通常每 4 小时在线核验一次；成功核验后固定离线宽限为 30 天。
A license supports the three most recently activated personal devices. Activating another device succeeds and automatically deactivates the earliest record; users may also remove devices in the account portal. The app normally verifies online every four hours, with a fixed 30-day offline grace period after a successful verification.
5. 使用限制 / Restrictions
不得共享或转售激活码，不得将本机端点公开为面向第三方的服务，不得绕过设备、安全或试用控制，不得使用本产品侵犯他人权利、规避平台条款或实施违法行为。使用者仍须遵守 ChatGPT、OpenAI、Agent 客户端和其他相关服务的适用条款。
You may not share or resell activation codes, expose the local endpoint as a third-party service, bypass device, security, or trial controls, infringe third-party rights, evade platform terms, or use the product unlawfully. You remain responsible for complying with applicable ChatGPT, OpenAI, agent-client, and other service terms.
6. 用户控制与风险 / User control and risk
AgentChatBridge 转发请求和结构化工具调用。文件、Shell、工作区权限、付款或其他外部副作用由用户及其 Agent 客户端控制。用户应审查高风险操作并保留必要备份。
AgentChatBridge forwards requests and structured tool calls. Files, shell commands, workspace permissions, purchases, and other external side effects remain under the user and agent client's control. Users should review high-risk actions and keep appropriate backups.
7. 更新、可用性与支持 / Updates, availability, and support
更新只在用户确认后安装，并在安装前验证发布签名。非公开上游协议可能变化；运营方会在合理范围内维护兼容性，但不承诺持续可用、无错误、无限配额或等同于官方 OpenAI API。
Updates install only after user confirmation and release-signature verification. Non-public upstream protocols may change. The operator will make reasonable compatibility efforts but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability, unlimited quota, or equivalence to the official OpenAI API.
8. 退款、终止与责任 / Refunds, termination, and liability
退款适用单独的退款政策。经批准的全额退款或有效拒付会停止付费权益。严重违反本条款可能导致许可停用；不影响法律不可排除的消费者权利。
The separate Refund Policy applies. An approved full refund or valid chargeback ends paid entitlement. A material breach may result in license deactivation. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights.
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，本产品按现状提供；运营方不对第三方服务变化、用户或 Agent 客户端发起的操作、间接损失或数据丢失负责。任何依法不能排除或限制的责任不受本段影响。
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the product is provided as-is. The operator is not responsible for third-party service changes, actions initiated by the user or agent client, indirect loss, or data loss. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited is unaffected.
9. 争议与联系 / Disputes and contact
付款、税务和收据问题优先通过 Paddle 处理；软件、许可和隐私问题联系 agentchatbridge@proton.me。双方应先善意协商；消费者所在地的强制性法律和管辖权始终优先。
Payment, tax, and receipt questions should first go through Paddle; software, licensing, and privacy questions go to agentchatbridge@proton.me. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution. Mandatory law and jurisdiction in the consumer's place of residence always prevail.
